Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
1-2 days in Finland, orders placed before 14:00 will ship same day
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide, with the exception of Russia.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking code is included with your order confirmation. Domestic orders ship with Matkahuolto, international orders with UPS.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact customer service as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
In-store: card, cash, gift card, MobilePay. Online: card, PayPal, Klarna, MobilePay, gift card, USDC.
Collecting an Order In-Store
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes.
What do I need to collect my order?
Show the order number from your confirmation email to a member of staff.
How soon can I collect my order?
Your order is ready for collection within 30 minutes of placing it, even before a collection notice arrives.
How long do you hold collection orders?
One month. Contact customer service to extend.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
What is your exchange and return period?
30 days from receiving the product. [More information on the Returns page]

Can VAIN repair a damaged product?
Visit VAIN Store or contact customer service. Minor repairs are free in-store. Larger repairs take 2-3 weeks and cost 30-100€.
Sizing & Stock
How do the sizes fit?
Full measurements are listed behind the size guide button on each product page. Measuring yourself with a tape measure at home is the easiest way to compare.
A size shows as sold out. Will it come back?
Most products are made in one limited batch. Select styles are restocked or released as a 2.0 version.
Collections & Early Access
When does the new collection arrive?
VAIN releases two collections a year, SS and FW.
Spring-Summer is revealed in June at Fashion Week, and arrives in-store, online and at select retailers worldwide in February-March.
Fall-Winter is revealed in January at Fashion Week, and arrives in-store, online and at select retailers worldwide in August-September.

How can I get early access to a new collection?
Newsletter subscribers are informed first. New collections arrive in the VAIN Store 1-2 weeks before they go online.
Can I reserve a product?
Yes, by contacting customer service.

Does VAIN have a physical store?
Yes, VAIN Store Helsinki on Runeberginkatu.
Where else can I buy VAIN?
You can find a list of retailers here.
Are all VAIN products on display in-store?
Not all products are on display. If you're looking for a piece from a previous season, or a single item such as one earring instead of a pair, contact customer service or ask a member of staff. We can arrange a payment link or an in-store purchase.
Is VAIN Store on Runeberginkatu accessible?
The store does not have step-free access. If you have mobility needs, contact customer service at least 2 hours before your visit to arrange an appointment. Let us know in advance which pieces you're interested in and we'll prepare a selection for fitting. Details on getting to the store are provided when booking.
Can I get personal styling advice in-store?
Yes.
Can I buy lighters at VAIN Store?
Yes, to customers of legal age. In-store only.
Is VAIN Store pet-friendly?
Yes.
Gift Cards & Newsletter
Does VAIN sell gift cards?
Yes, online here or as a physical card in VAIN Store. For a custom amount, contact customer service.
Can I use an online gift card in-store?
Yes.
Is there a discount code for newsletter subscribers?
Sign up for the newsletter through our online store. Codes sent by newsletter also work in-store, unless stated otherwise.
Materials & Care
What materials are the products made from, and where?
Material and production details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my products?
Each product has a care label with washing and care instructions. Contact customer service for further guidance.

Is VAIN hiring?

Can I buy samples in-store?
Not outside of scheduled sample sales, held once a year and announced on social media.
Does VAIN host pop-ups or other events?
Yes. A Friends & Family sale once a year, and sample sales once a year. Dates are announced on social media.
Can I pre-order a piece of jewelry?
Yes. Engraving is available, and pieces can be customized to any length. Contact customer service to place an order.
Can I get gift wrapping?
Yes. In-store: 5€. Online: add at checkout during Christmas season, or contact customer service year-round.
