Return and Exchange Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, JIMIVAIN.COM online store has a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will exchange the size or you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. To start an exchange, email support@vainfashiongroup.com with your order number, reason, and replacement size. Once we process your return, we’ll ship the new item to your original address. Send us the tracking number to expedite the process. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process it within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
