Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, JIMIVAIN.COM online store has a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will exchange the size or you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item first contact us at email@example.com and place the item securely in its original packaging.

In order to start the exchange process, contact our Customer Care via email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number, the reason for exchange, and replacement size. As soon as we receive and process your return we will ship the new item to the address from your original order. Please send us the tracking number to help with the process. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow us 4-6 business days from the receiving of your item to process your return. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
