VAIN LAUNCHES FALL-WINTER 2026

VAIN LAUNCHES FALL-WINTER 2026

Last December, VAIN's team was outside Lohja, at a farm an hour from Helsinki, shooting the FW26 campaign in the low light of a Finnish winter afternoon. By January, the collection had made its way to Paris, where it was shown in a showroom on Rue Vivienne for five days. A launch campaign shoot followed in August, this time in Barcelona.

Now, FW26 is ready to be worn. The collection releases in three drops: September 17, October 1 and October 15. The collection product range moves from beanies to coats, designed with the colder months ahead in mind.

The heart, VAIN's constant, runs through FW26 as it has through every season. Not as decoration but as a signal that love is always present whether or not anyone is looking for it.

This season draws from Southern Ostrobothnia, a rural region in Finland known for its history of blood feuds and refusal to back down. FW26 reinterprets that spirit, called häjy, as strength and survival rather than violence.

The collection itself moves across a full seasonal wardrobe. The first drop includes, among other items, a track jacket and matching pants in black and red and a black puffer vest with a faux fur collar. The second drop carries black skinny jeans and 100% merino wool long sleeves in black and grey. The third drop includes a black parka jacket with a faux fur-lined hood, just in time for the start of the winter season.

The first drop is available to purchase now in store, online at jimivain.com and selected retailers worldwide.
